Ruby Valley Trekking

Ruby Valley trekking is famous for diverse culture and beautiful natural scenery. Ruby valley trekking is trek falling between Manaslu Conservation Area and Langtang National Park, The trail situated in Ganesh Himal region. On the way there are several villages of different ethnic people such as Tamang, Gurung, Chhetri and Brahmin where you can be known and experience the diverse culture and way of life of different ethnic people. There are other attractions of Ruby valley trek like Buddhist monasteries, Hindu temples, calm ponds, stunning glimpse of numerous beautiful mountains of Annapurna, Langtang, Ganesh Himal and Manaslu regions, different species of herbal plants, cheese factory, beautiful landscapes, crystal, ruby and zinc mining, different species of birds, beautiful forests including rhododendron and different types of rare and non-rare wild animals such as Thar, Ghoral, barking deer, Red pandas, snow leopard, Bear, Tiger, wolf, pheasant, many kinds of monkeys and musk deer.

We will start our Ruby Valley Trekking from Syabru besi. Ruby Valley trekking is famous for the Homestay trekking. Our track passes through dense forest but most of the trekking trial is unexplored. Gatlang, Somdang, Tipling etc are some beautiful villages which we need to pass during our trek. Over these villages we need to have interaction with many people. Most of them follow Buddhist culture and tradition. This will help us to know about their local tradition and culture. All these people have very friendly with hospitality nature which will be so impressive. In this trek we will be so familiar with the local people. After visiting all the places lastly we will be at Kathmandu which will end our trek.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu (1350m)
Day 02: Sightseeing day in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive towards Syabru besi (1503m)
Day 04: Pass through forest to Gatlang (2337m)
Day 05: Trek from Gatlang to Somdang (3271m)
Day 06: Trek from Somdang to Tipling (2078m)
Day 07: Trek from Tipling to Chalish Village (1674m)
Day 08: Trek through Borang to Darkha Gaon (850m)
Day 09: Drive from Darkha Gaon drive to Kathmandu (1350m)
Day 10: Final Departure.

PRICE INCLUDES:-

  • Accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfast (2 and above participants get twin sharing room in a 3-star standard hotel)

  • Kathmandu to Sundarijal overland transportation by private vehicle

  • Three time meals a day during the trekking Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner/Main course

  • One Experienced English-speaking, government licensed and ministry of tourism trained trekking guide and his food, accommodation, and salary.
  • Porters carrying your luggage while trekking (Two guests get one porter carrying a maximum of 25 kg of luggage)
  • Shivapuri national park entry fee
  • Insurance for Nepalese staff (Trekking guide and Porters)
  • Nepal Government taxes and office service charge

  • Lunch and Dinner during the stay in Kathmandu
  • Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu because of early arrival, late departure, early return from mountain (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary
