The Mount Kailash Tour via Lhasa is a spiritually enriching journey that begins in Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. It offers you the opportunity to explore the sacred Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar, as well as key cultural and historical sites in Tibet. The journey typically starts with a 1 hour and 10-minute Trans-Himalayan flight from Kathmandu to Gonggar Airport in Lhasa. Whether you are coming from Mainland China or Kathmandu, upon your arrival in Lhasa, your Tibetan guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to your accommodation, which is 98 km away.

After exploring Lhasa, your journey continues towards Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar, traveling through picturesque Tibetan towns such as Gyantse, Shigatse, and the historic Sakya Monastery.

The main highlight of the tour is the circumambulation (kora) around Mount Kailash, a deeply spiritual experience.
