    Detailed Day-to-Day Itinerary

    Day 01

    Arrival at Paro International Airport and Transfer to Thimphu

    Arrive at Paro International Airport, where you'll be greeted and assisted through immigration. Afterward, enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive to Thimphu, Bhutan's capital. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and, time permitting, explore local markets or take a stroll through the city. Relax with a traditional Bhutanese dinner and rest for the night, ready for the days ahead.

    Sightseeing in Thimphu and Drive to Punakha

    Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel before heading out to explore Thimphu. Visit key attractions such as the National Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma Statue, Folk Heritage Museum, and Tashichho Dzong. After lunch, begin your scenic drive to Punakha, taking in the beautiful views along the way. Stop at Dochula Pass for a quick tea break and to enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Punakha, check into your hotel and relax, then enjoy a delicious dinner before retiring for the night.

    Sightseeing in Punakha and Drive Back to Paro

    Start your day with a visit to Punakha Dzong and the nearby Suspension Bridge, followed by a trip to Chimi Lhakhang, the "Temple of Fertility." After a traditional lunch, begin your 5-hour scenic drive back to Paro, stopping at Simtokha Dzong along the way. Upon arrival, check into your hotel, enjoy dinner, and prepare for tomorrow's hike to Tiger's Nest Monastery.

    Hike to Tiger’s Nest and Afternoon Sightseeing in Paro

    After an early breakfast, drive to the base of Tiger’s Nest Monastery for a 2-hour hike to the iconic cliffside site. Explore its temples and enjoy stunning views. Return to Paro for lunch at the cafeteria and visit Kyichu Lhakhang and Rinpung Dzong in the afternoon. Relax with dinner at your hotel and prepare for departure.

    Day 05

    Transfer to Paro International Airport (20 min drive) for departure

    After breakfast, check out from your hotel and enjoy a short 20-minute drive to Paro International Airport. Your guide will assist with check-in and luggage. Bid farewell to Bhutan and proceed through security. Board your flight, taking with you unforgettable memories of Bhutan's stunning landscapes and warm hospitality.

    Typically, packages include accommodation, meals during the trek, guide and porter services, permits, and ground transportation. Flight costs, insurance, and personal expenses are usually excluded.

    Accommodation & Facilities

    Accommodations are usually in local lodges or tea houses with basic amenities—clean beds, shared bathrooms, and dining halls.
    Some lodges offer hot showers for an additional fee, but availability may be limited at higher altitudes.
    Charging is available in most lodges for a fee. Power supply may be limited or solar-based, so bring a power bank as backup.

    Packing & Gear

    You’ll need layered clothing, good trekking boots, a daypack, a sleeping bag (if not provided), and basic toiletries. A detailed packing list will be shared upon booking.
    Yes, you can rent most essential gear like down jackets, sleeping bags, and poles from local shops at affordable rates.
    Keep your daypack light with only essentials (water, snacks, jacket). The porter will carry your main bag, usually limited to 10–15 kg.
