Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
After you arrive in Kathmandu airport please check our company board outside the main gate there will be our airport representative you will meet with him and he will transferred to hotel by private vehicle and our representative will help you to check-in your hotel after that if time enough, representative will take you to our office for short briefing about the trip but if not enough time then give a short trip brief in hotel and request to pay the due balance for the trip. Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing and trek Preparation
After breakfast, Kathmandu visits Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Boudhanath Stupa which are all World Heritage Sites. Durbar Square throws light on the life of the royals in ancient times. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most important pilgrimage places for all Hindus. Swayambhunath is also known as Monkey Temple and Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in the world. Late in the afternoon, we introduced you to your mountain/trek guide. overnight at Hotel
Day 03: Kathmandu drive to Beshi Sahar (820m) then Bhulbhule (840m)
Early morning drive from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule via Besisahar. It takes about seven to eight hours to reach the Bhulbhule by bus. We have daily public bus service to Bhulbhule from Kathmandu new bus park (Gongbu Bus Park). So our guide will come to your hotel to pick you up to take you bus park if you wish to use public bus but if you are choosing the private vehicle then private vehicle and trekking crews come in your hotel for overland journey to Bhulbhule. After long beautiful drive you will reach at Bhulbhule (840m). Overnight at teahouse.
Day 04: Bhulbhule trek to Jagat (1330m)
Today, we cross the Marshyangdi River and continue along its right fork. We soon pass some tropical trees and terraced fields. Soon we glimpse of first sights of one of the 8000 peaks, Mount Manaslu (8161m), as well as Himalchuli and Ngadi Chuli. From Ngadi, our path climbs steadily to Bhaudanda-a small Hindu village (1300m) with shops and tea houses. From Bhaundanda our trail abruptly dips to Syange (1080m). We'll cross the Marsyangdi River on a suspension bridge and continue trek along the peaceful river and climb to the stone village of Jagat (1330). Overnight at teahouse.
Day 05: Jagat trek to Dharapani (1960m)
From Jagat our trail descends, crossing Ghatte Khola Stream and climbs again through forest-finally reaching Chamje (1410m). From Chamje our path crosses to the east fork of Marsyangdi River. Soon we climb steep stone steps past the village of Sattale (1680m), past fields and rhododendrons along the river bank and later climb to the open plateau of Tal (1700m). We continue gradually uphill, passing the villages of Khorte and Karte to finally you are reaching at Dharapani (1960m). Overnight at teahouse.
Day 06: Dharapani to Chame (2670m.)
Today, we pass a village school and also you can see the way of coming down from Larkya Pass (Manaslu trekking) and continue climb gradually through a forest to the typical Tibetan-style village of Bagarchhap (2160). Remaining along the left bank of the river, we gradually climb to Danaque (2210m). After Danaque cross suspension bridge and climb up to Temang village (2600m) and continue trek koto (2640m). It is the gate way for Nar Phu valley trekking. After koto easy walk to Chame (2670m) the largest village and headquarters of Manang District. Overnight at teahouse.
Day 07: Chame trek to Pisang (3200m.)
Today, trek west from the bridge but if you wish to see the small hot spring you can walk 2 minutes east side of bridge after cross the bridge in Marsyangdi River at Chame but sometime it will be closed by overflow by Marsyangdi River water. After you follow west trail from the bridge now continues trek along the river banks through Telekhu (2840m) to Bharatang which is surrounded by apple orchards. Continue on the trail for about 30 minutes taking you through the banks of the Marshyangdi River, cross the bridge and proceed with the gradual ascent about 30 minutes to reach at Dhukure Pokhari (3200m). The trail now gradually turns planar and you would reach Pisang in about an hour. Pisang offers magnificent views of the Annapurna II and Pisang Peak. Overnight at teahouse
Day 08: Pisang trek to Manang (3540m.)
Trek from Pisang to Manang (3440m.) and it takes about five and half hours. Beyond Pisang, the trail climbs a steep ridge which affords good views of the Manang valley and Tilicho peak (7134m.). Descending past Manang's airstrip at Hongde (3420m), you come to a level area from where the north-east face of Annapurna III rises majestically above you. From the wide plains of the Sabje Khola Valley, Annapurna IV (7525m) also becomes visible. Just beyond this point you cross the considerably reduced flow of the Marsyangdi Khola via a wooden bridge to the tiny village of Mungji. Cultivated fields appear on both sides of the path and off to the right, below a craggy mountain, you can see the village of Bryaga (3500m) with its splendid monastery. Large chortens and mani walls abound and the tall peaks of the Himalaya spread out before us - Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Gangapurna (7454m) and, to the rear, Tilicho Peak (7134m). Day 09: Acclimatization in Manang (3540m.)
Today is our like a rest day to acclimatization for trekking in higher elevation so you can make short visit to Gangapurna Lake, monastery and Manang village but if you wish to make day hiking trip such as visiting Milarepa cave, Ice Lake you need to extend your rest day in Manang because Ice Lake it is hard full day trip from Manang and also Milarepa cave not suggest in one day rest in Manang because you need some rest at Manang for acclimatization. Day 10: Manang trek to Yak Kharka (4110m)
The trekking trail now begins an ascent above 1876m to Thorung La from Manang village. From Manang village the trail crosses a stream before climbing to Tengi (3650m). We then continue to climb the Marsyangdi valley, passing the small village of Gunsang (3960m). After crossing a large stream that flows from Chulu west and Gundang, the trail passes an ancient Mani wall in a pleasant meadow at 4000 m. Beyond here is Yak Kharka, (4110m) also known as Koche. Day 11: Yak Kharka trek to Thorung Phedi (4420m)
After less than one hour walking you are reaching at Chauri Ledar (4250m). From Ledar the trail continues to climb along the east bank of the Jorsang Khola, then descends and crosses the stream on a wooden bridge at 4310 metres. After making a short ascent on a good trail to a teashop, the route then follows a narrow path across a high, unstable slope path before reach at Thorung Phedi (4420m). Overnight at teahouse
Day 12: Thorung Phedi trek to Muktinath (3800m) Over the Thorung La Pass (5416m)
The set off is exceptionally early in the morning to go across Thorung La Pass at 5416m. The trail becomes steep instantly after leaving Phedi but easy to follow. 4-6 hours ascent leads to the top of the Pass, which is complete with prayer flags, a chorten and stone cairn built by trekkers. At the top of Thorung La there is one tea shop but only running in trekking season time where you will have hot tea / coffee in your small rest at top. The views from the trail and from the pass are majestic. You will see Thorung peak, Annapurnas, Gangapurna, Khatung Kang and Kali Gandaki valley etc. After Thorung La top the trail descends steeply proceeding towards Chabarbu (4290m), available tiny seasonable teahouse. From here on, the trail crosses meadows, drops into a deep gorge, climbs out and follows a wide trail into Muktinath, a pilgrimage site held in great reverence by both the Hindus and Buddhists. Day 13: Muktinath trek to Marpha (2680m)
Today, trek is begin with the descent down hill to dramatic Kali Gandaki Gorge, initially through arid country in the same geographical and climatic zone as Tibet. After passing through Jharkot (3500m) and Khingar (3280m), villages with typical Tibetan architecture, you follow the valley floor most of the way to Jomsom through Ekle Bhatti (2740m) which is sprawled along both banks of the Kali Gandaki .From here there are fine views of the Nilgiri peaks. You continue down to Marpha (2680m), a delightful Thakali village, complete with a drainage system beneath the flagstone streets. Its narrow alleys and passageways provide welcome shelter from the strong winds of the Kali Gandaki Gorge and Marpha is particularly well known for its apples, apple cider and apple, apricot and peach rakshi (wine) overnight at teahouse
Day 14: Marpha trek to Ghasa (2010m)
The trekking trail descends steeply through forests to Ghasa, the last Thakali village and the southern-most limit of Tibetan Buddhism. The beginning part of the trail is stretched at almost flat level up to Kalopani and then your trail begins descending steeply to Ghasa. The first part of the trek passes through the windy area covered with pine forests, rhododendron forests and birches are seen. The surrounding area of Ghasa is famous destination for bird watching. Here you are quite amazed at the panoramic view of Mount Nilgiri North (7061m.), Nilgiri Central (6940m.), and Nilgiri South (6839m.), Annapurna I (8091m.), Dhaulagiri I (8167m.) and Tukuche peak (6920m.) overnight at teahouse
Day 15: Ghasa trek to Tatopani (1190m)
The trekking trail descends steeply up to Rupse Chhahara (Rupse Waterfall) which is amazing to look and enjoying with beauty. There is situated the deepest gorge of the world between two mountains Annapurna I (8091m.) and Dhaulagiri I (8167m.) facing each other near Rupse Waterfall. Now the trail ascends slightly to Tatopani (1190m) through different human settlements. You can enjoy the hot spring at Tatopani as the word Tatopani is termed after the natural hot spring situated at the bank of the Kali Gandaki River. It is popularly believed that taking bath in Hot Spring helps you to get rid of skin diseases. Overnight at teahouse.
Day 16: Tatopani trek to Ghorepani (2855m)
The trekking trail passes through flat level of the land at some distance. Then the trail begins ascending steeply for at least one hour. Now path goes up through different villages inhabited by the people of different caste and agricultural land. While on trekking you will see the best panoramic view of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges. The trail ascends gently all the way to Ghorepani passing through small villages like Ghara (1780m), Shikha (1950m), Phalate (2390m), Chitre (2420m) and so on. While trekking you pass through rhododendron forests and come across the wildlife such as monkeys and birds of various species. You are accompanied by more panoramic views of different mountains. Ghorepani (Watering to Horse) are a small pass known as Ghorepani Deurali (2855m) so more tourists stay here than down hill situated Ghorepani for better views. Overnight at teahouse.
Day 17: Visit Poon Hill (3210m) trek to Tadapani (2610m)
Early morning ascend to Poon Hill (3210m.) to enjoy the sunrise view over Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m.), Tukuche Peak (6920m.), Nilgiri (6940m.), Bahra Shikhar (7847m.), Mt. Annapurna I (8091m.), Annapurna South (7219m.), Annapurna III (7855m.), Machhapuchhre (6993m.), Annapurna IV (7525m.), Annapurna II (7937m.), Lamjung Himal (6931m.) and other numerous snowcapped mountain peaks. After enjoying the view in Poon Hill then descends Ghorepani. After breakfast we make climb along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2960m) and after Deurali we descend to the Banthanti and continue descend till small river bank then after climb up to Tadapani (2610m) En- route, you frequently see waterfalls, rocks, wild animals, local birds and green scenarios. Tadapani is a small village surrounded by beautiful forests which grants you a magnificent view of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail, and so on. Overnight at teahouse
Day 18: Trek to Chhomrong (2170)
Today, we start our journey with steep downhill through rhododendron forests. Leaving Tadapani, we descend steeply through forests and then the trail eases as we reach Gurjung village which is the village of Gurung people, with an easy walk to Chhomrong (2170m). Overnight at teahouse
Day 19: Trek to Dovan (2600m)
Today the trail drops down to the Chhomrong Khola and again we continue climbing to Khuldighar at 2380meters where there used to be an ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area) Check post. There is a clearing in the forest a little further on, from which, the route travels very steeply down a rock bank then levels out, running through thickets of bamboo at the bottom of the gorge, keeping always on the west side of the river. Day 20: Trek to Machhapuchhre Base camp (3700m)
The trail continues for about 2 hrs. from here, the route winds up steeply to a bank of rock and then levels out, running through thickets of Bamboo at the bottom of the gorge keeping always on the west side of the river. It then reaches the small shrine at Panchen Barah and from here the trail climbs to Himalaya Hotel it's about an hour walk, first on a rocky trail through forests then up a steep ravine, to Hinko at 2,960m. The trail crosses a ravine & a major avalanche track just beyond Hinko, then climbs through large boulders. About half an hour beyond Hinko we reach Deurali at 3,000m. As the trail continues into the sanctuary, it crosses two wide avalanche tracks on a narrow trail that huddles up against the cliffs. The trail then descends to meet the Modi Khola & follows the river to Bagar. From Bagar we climb across more avalanche paths cross a moraine & a stream, and then climb towards an area known as Machhapchhre Base Camp at 3700m. One can have panoramic views of Hiunchuli, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, and Gangapurna & Machhapuchhre (6,997m). Overnight at teahouse
Day 21: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m)
On the way to Annapurna base Camp (ABC) from Machhapuchhre base Camp (MBC), the vegetation disappears. We'll see the snow boulders melting and forming small streams. The path widens as we enter the sanctuary, follows a stream, and then climbs to a few huts alongside a moraine. There are sensational views of the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above the sanctuary. Annapurna Base Camp sanctuary boasts of a dynamic view without anything impeding panorama of the 360 degrees. Savor the mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchre, Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks. Climax of our trip almost ends today. Overnight at teahouse
Day 22: Trek to Bamboo (2310m)
Get up in the early morning and savor the magnificent sunrise over the Himalayas from Annapurna base camp. After taking breakfast, we start descending from Annapurna base camp to Bamboo back through Machhapuchre base camp, Deurali, Himalayan Hotel, Dovan and finally reach at Bamboo (2310m). Heading back down to the valley is much easier than climbing up. You will see the waterfalls that drop down from a high point to the rocks below. We pass through the forests with great views of Fishtail and Hiunchuli mountains. Overnight at teahouse
Day 23: Trek to Jhinu Danda (1780m) Hot Spring
From Bamboo we make a steep ascent to the Kuldi Ghar and then to Sinuwa following the stone steps that leads to Lower Chhomrong. Then we ascend on the thousand stony steps taking us to Upper Chhomrong. From Chhomrong we descend to Jhinu Danda. We today get opportunity to enjoy hot springs lying just a 15-min walk from Jhinu Danda but there is not available teahouse so you have to return Jhinu Danda. Overnight at teahouse.
Day 24: Trek to Pothana (1900m)
Jhinu danda trek to Pothana (1900m), The first part of the trek is descent and then appears through flat land until you reach Himal Pani. Here you find beautiful waterfall. Beyond this town, the trail ascends gently crossing numerous streams and terraces. After short trek, you will be at Landruk village (1545m), a pretty big village inhabited by mixed community of Gurung, Magar and Brahmin as well. Now the trail gently ascends to Tolka (1850m.) and then ascent and level path to Bherikharka. From here, the trail goes steeply up to Deorali (2100m.) with a view of different mountain peaks in panorama. Now the trail gradually descends to Pothana passing through different oak forests. Pothana is a small town resided by Gurung, an ethnic community of Nepal. From here too, you can enjoy the splendid views of various mountain peaks. Overnight at teahouse
Day 25: Trek to Dhampus phedi and drive to Pokhara (850m)
Trek from Pothana to Dhampus Phedi and it takes approximately three hours and drive from Dhampus Phedi to Pokhara by private vehicle. The trail is gently descent up to Dhampus, a village mainly inhabited by Gurung. Now you trek through flat land for some distance and steeply descend to Dhampus Phedi. Now you take vehicle to drive from Dhampus Phedi to Pokhara it takes about 35 minutes driving distance. Overnight at hotel
Day 26: Drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus
It takes about seven hours, while driving from Pokhara to Kathmandu, you head up to Damauli,, Dumre, Muglin and Kurintar where the Nepal's first Cable car is operated to reach to Manakamana Temple. En route, you could enjoy the mountain views, green sceneries, rice terrace fields, vegetable fields and people being engaged in their daily life activities. From Naubishe you climb up to Thankot, the gateway to capital city. You can also fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu which takes about 25 minutes. Overnight Hotel
Day 27: Leisure day in Kathmandu
Today, you have leisure day for relax or shopping in Kathmandu so you can do your own activities by yourself or consult with company to arrange extra activities. Overnight at hotel
Day 28: Depart Kathmandu
After breakfast, End of our services with departure transfer to the Kathmandu airport to board flight for your onward destination
